Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our AI automation services and lets you contact us or book a discovery call. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; or
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

Services

Information on the Site about our services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separate agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) between you and us, which will control in the event of any conflict with this Site's content.

Booking a Call

Our booking page uses a third-party scheduling tool (TidyCal) to let you reserve a discovery call. Use of that tool is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a call does not obligate either party to enter into a paid engagement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to zedStrong AI Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party tools (such as our scheduling and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zedStrong AI Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
