Our Story
zedStrong AI Systems started with a simple observation. Large enterprises have entire teams dedicated to process improvement and automation. Small and mid-sized businesses rarely have that support, even though they deal with the same problems: missed follow-ups, administrative overload, and inconsistent processes that hurt the customer experience.
Our founder, Rommel Casis, spent over 20 years in software engineering, product management, and business analysis for large organizations. In those roles, he led automation and process improvement initiatives and saw firsthand how well-designed workflows and digital tools reduce costs, improve efficiency, and make operations more predictable. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, which gives him a strong technical foundation in software and systems.
As AI became more capable and more businesses started asking how to use it, Rommel saw a clear opportunity. Small and mid-sized businesses face the same inefficiencies as large enterprises, but most don't have the time, budget, or technical depth to build reliable automation on their own. zedStrong AI Systems exists to close that gap: bringing enterprise-level automation expertise to businesses that need it most, without the enterprise price tag or complexity.
Based in Surrey, BC, we work primarily with service-based businesses across Metro Vancouver, with a particular focus on real estate and mortgage professionals, and we deliver remotely to clients beyond the region as well.
